Our CEO - Vinay Pandit - comes with a rich background of nearly 2 decades having worked across corporates (Swiss MNC) and in Capital Markets (on the sell side with institutional brokerage houses).

Vinay is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Vinay has spent nearly 18 years with institutional broking houses across roles in Equity Research and Equity Sales, having managed medium to large teams across these organisations and roles. His last role was as a Head of Institutional Equities with an institutional broking house,

Vinay has been a small and mid cap specialist through out his career and would have met nearly 400-500 managements during his career.

His unique blend of experience on the corporate side as well as in capital markets has been instrumental in helping bridge the learning gap between corporates and investors / analysts. Vinay is a hands on person and is totally clued into all his companies along with his team to ensure the best result for clients.
